We offer free shipping on all products over $200.00 Products below $200.00 have a standard shipping rate of $10. We have a standard $5 registered rate for all mail gift vouchers or $10 for priority express registered mail. International shipping rates are calculated based on your location.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends). Please allow 5-7 business days for orders and this will depend on your location. For international orders please allow approximately 10 days depending on your location.
We deliver internationally however please be aware that if you are based outside of Australia that you may be up for additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office as they will be able to inform you of extra costs. If the recipient chooses not to pay the parcel may be abandoned and You Day Spa will not be held responsible for any loss of funds a result. We deliver internationally to the following countries; United States, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, China, Hong Kong and Canada.
You Day Spa will happily exchange or refund any product that is defective or broken. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind but we will be happy to exchange for another product however, you will need to pay the shipping costs. If the products are purchased using a voucher then the amount will be credited to you in the form of a new voucher for the same value they were purchased for.

Gift vouchers can be purchased in store or online here
Vouchers can be redeemed through our spa for treatments and products. Products online may also be purchased using a voucher however you will need to call the spa or email us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for any other legal tender (cash, credit card) or to buy another voucher.
Gift vouchers are treated like cash so if they are lost they cannot be replaced so please make sure they are kept in a safe place. If you have lost the voucher please contact us with the receipt , proof of purchase and we will endeavour to solve the issue. All vouchers purchased from April 1, 2018 have a 3 year expiration date from the date of purchase. If your voucher has expired please contact us.
Vouchers can be exchanged for any treatment to the same value, upgrade to a different treatment so you will need to pay the difference or to purchase a product.
There is no refund on vouchers so if you change your mind you can use it yourself or give it to another person or use it to purchase products.
